Description
Head Waiters
We're looking for a passionate and charismatic Head Waiter to join the team at Lavo, our vibrant, high-energy Italian restaurant at The BoTree in the heart of London.
As a Head Waiter, you'll lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service while guiding and inspiring your team. You'll understand the rhythm of a busy service, and know how to keep standards high, energy up and guests coming back.
We're after someone who:
- Brings confidence, charm and a genuine love for hospitality
- Has experience in premium, high-volume restaurants
- Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Has an eye for detail and a hands-on attitude
- Leads from the front, motivates the team and works closely with management.
