We are looking for an In Room Dining Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at The BoTree. You will deliver attentive, personalised dining experiences in the comfort of our guests’ rooms, ensuring every order is presented with care and served to the highest luxury hospitality standards. Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams, you will help create memorable moments for every guest.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

Prepare and deliver in-room dining orders promptly, accurately and with exceptional attention to detail.

Present food and beverages professionally, ensuring the correct setup, temperature and presentation for each order.

Provide warm, discreet and personalised service, respecting guest privacy and individual preferences.

Assist with taking and confirming orders, including dietary requirements and allergen information, following hotel procedures.

Set up and clear in-room dining trays, trolleys and equipment efficiently and safely.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, queries and feedback, escalating concerns when appropriate.

Work closely with the kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards in service areas and equipment.

Follow food safety, health and safety, and responsible service procedures at all times.

Support sustainability initiatives and waste reduction in line with The BoTree’s values and commitments.

Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture and consistently deliver thoughtful, guest-focused hospitality.

About You

You will have experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment, and understand the importance of discretion, accuracy and thoughtful personal service.

Passionate about hospitality, you will take pride in every detail of the guest dining experience, from preparing orders to professional presentation and timely delivery.

You bring a positive attitude, strong teamwork and the flexibility to support a busy operation, helping both guests and colleagues flourish.

We're looking for someone with:

A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and personalised guest service.

Previous food and beverage service experience, ideally in a hotel or in-room dining environment.

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, hygiene and allergen procedures.

Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage warmly and professionally with guests and colleagues.

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.

A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach to delivering excellent service.

A commitment to sustainability, cleanliness and responsible hospitality.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
