Floor Supervisor

The Limelight Belfast is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Floor Supervisors to join our Front of House team.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our venue, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the wider team in providing an outstanding experience for our guests.

Working in a busy live music and entertainment environment, you will lead by example, maintain high standards and help ensure every event runs smoothly.

• Supervise and coordinate the Front of House team during service and events.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of floor operations.

• Lead, motivate and support team members, providing guidance where needed.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety.

• Communicate effectively with management, security, bar staff and other departments.

• Ensure company procedures and service standards are consistently followed.

• Assist with staff briefings, shift organisation and operational duties.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality is desirable.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• A positive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and event days.
