POSITION TITLE:  Admin Assistant

LOCATION: 925 Coronado Blvd, Universal City TX

 

Admin Assistant – ON SITE

Little Caesar of San Antonio and related companies is searching for an experienced Admin Assistant. The on-site location is located in Universal City Tx.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Open and close all doors daily and processing/metering mail. 

Answer phone which includes taking and communicating complaints. 

Processing maintenance requests. 

Sort mail (daily), and folders, Little Caesar (LC) L&M and JMAC. 

LC and respective companies Daily Sales Report (DSR), verify purchase orders, daily error log, credit card check to DSR’s, credit card report (monthly) 

Keep supplies organized, receive supplies, pull supplies, order supplies, enter supplies into excel spreadsheet and monthly inventory of supplies. 

File (as necessary) for ALL departments – mostly AP 

Assist management with internal and external leases 

Other administrative duties as assigned

  

Admin Assistant  Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented

Property (lease management) experience preferred.

Microsoft office skills are a must including Excel
