Following a great success on Piccadilly, Le Deli is now coming to Chelsea.
We are looking for a floor-based General Manager for our soon to be opened new venue on King’s Road – a real people person who will ensure the delivery of exceptional service, manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the deli, work closely with the Head Chef and lead the FOH team.
Main duties:
· Managing & leading the team to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
· Evaluating, and taking the necessary actions following guest comments & feedback
· Building relationships with and ensuring guests’ happiness
· Overseeing general maintenance of the restaurant
· Seeing to that the company brand standards are maintained
· Financial reporting
Candidate profile:
· A hands-on, natural leader who can nurture and grow a team
· Previous managerial experience in high quality establishment within a luxury brand
· Super customer centric
· Knowledgeable about food and London hospitality
· Proven track record of being commercially astute
· Proactive and forward-thinking
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Experience in new openings advantageous
