We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager to support our customer outreach and relations, reporting directly to our General Manager successfully deliver sales and marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic role that will include some weekend work. You will be responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, including but not limited to

●      Embedding and supporting key sales drivers

●      Converting enquiries into booked revenue and supporting the event on the day

●      Creating & delivering key reasons to visit including small to large scale events

●      Creating & managing relevant premium packages & collateral

●      Ensure the pub team is informed about new products, offers & initiatives

●      Establishing strong internal messaging within your team

●      Ensuring all websites are optimised, including content updates as well as third party platforms e.g. Google My Business

●      Ensuring optimised Collins set up & efficient response rates

●      Creation and communication of inspirational ideas for ‘What’s On’ diaries

●      Delivering effective monthly mailers

●      Responsible for active social media

●      Ensuring 100% response to online reviews
