The Divisional Marketing Assistant assists
with marketing efforts for multiple brands and locations within a division of the Company. As compared with the Assistants in this position, Coordinators generally bring greater, more advanced and/or more specialized experience (internal and/or external), expertise and/or qualifications to the role.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the development, content creation, implementation,
and monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns (digital, social media,
email, etc.), using reporting to provide insights on performance
- Assist
in maintaining and updating online profiles and listings for divisional
concepts on third party websites (such as Yelp and OpenTable) and divisional
brands’ website content
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral including
but not limited to signage,
promotional marketing and special menus
- Provide regular and ad hoc administrative support to the
divisional restaurant and marketing teams (including, for example only,
handling day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting in menu management,
processing donation and comp requests, updating online photo libraries, etc.)
- Assist the divisional marketing team in overseeing community
relations to develop partnerships and relationships with neighboring hotels,
residential buildings, and local organizations and businesses
- Assist in conducting market research to identify and analyze
guest feedback, trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform
marketing strategies
- Assist in organizing special events and representing the
divisional brands at offsite events including but not limited to charity
events, galas, and other various community events
- Collaborate with the Divisional Marketing Team in generating
ideas for marketing initiatives, creative promotions and overall new event
concepts to increase sales, cover counts and brand awareness
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and
marketing teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding and ensure alignment
on goals and strategies
- Maintain knowledge on industry trends and best practices to
support marketing efforts
- As compared with the Assistants in this
position, Coordinators generally bring greater, more advanced and/or more
specialized experience (internal and/or external), expertise and/or
qualifications to the role. Additionally, Coordinators may provide higher-level
assistance and coordination support to larger and/or more complex teams and/or
operations (including, for example only, entry-level project management) and,
under the supervision of one or more managers, may assign or delegate tasks to
one or more Assistants.

frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift
up to 50 pounds
- Sit or stand for an entire
shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include
stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
