What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working with Wine & premium hospitality

A sharp eye for detail and a love for creating a polished, welcoming environment

Experience with formal table service and guiding guests through premium food and drinks

The ability to stay composed and professional during busy services or special events

A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude

A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality

Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services

Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue

Excellent communication and guest interaction skills

Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times

WSET desirble but not neccesary

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable service in a high-energy yet premium rooftop environment

Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Confidently recommending British dishes and beverages such as English Sparkling Wine, demonstrating knowledge of the menu

Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing

Working closely with chefs and managers to keep service running smoothly

Ensuring all front of house areas are spotless, organised, and welcoming

Handling guest questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm

Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events

Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times

Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards

Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly

Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and pride to every shift
