• Up to £30,000 per annum plus Live in accomdation option available, discussed during interview stage

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Inspire and lead the kitchen team during peak hours, fostering a positive and energetic work environment. 
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, leaving a lasting impression on every plate. 
• Contribute your creative flair to develop exciting seasonal dishes that reflect our commitment to fresh, local ingredients. 
• Oversee stock management and supplier relationships to keep our kitchen running efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming space for our team and guests.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and shine. 
• A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine that excites the palate. 
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while keeping the team motivated
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit that enhances our kitchen culture. 
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and allergen protocols.
