Born in the City of London, the brand features elevated gastro-tavern fare by acclaimed chef Mike Reid, championing exceptional British produce through a partnership with The Ethical Butcher. The dining experience combines theatrical elements with authentic hospitality, from bespoke Blenheim Forge steak knives to traditional tankards serving unique beers.

A bit about what you will be doing:

Be part of the relaunch of Liverpool Street Chop House — an Evolv Collection core brand.

We’re looking for a Bartender with personality, polish, and a genuine love for hospitality. This is a guest-facing role at the heart of the tavern, where your warmth and confidence will set the tone for every visit.

From pouring a perfectly pulled pint to mixing a classic cocktail or recommending a great glass of wine, you’ll bring knowledge and flair to the bar. More than just serving drinks, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back, time and again.
