Are you a passionate, creative chef looking for your next challenge in a food-focused pub at the heart of the local community? The Lock Keeper in Keynsham is looking for a talented Head Chef to take the lead and push our experienced kitchen team to the next level

·         Experience working within a fresh food business

·         Someone that is not afraid to take risks, get it wrong and learn

  • An experienced chef who can lead a kitchen with confidence and passion.
  • Someone who takes pride in themselves, and the work they do, and can instil this to the team.
  • A role model who leads by example and is driven to train and develop the next generation of Head Chefs.
  • A collaborative mindset to work closely with the Senior Management team on menu creation and specials.
  • A passion for local produce and openness to bringing in your own suppliers.
