The London Fields is a classic East-End pub on Mare Street, the Victorian building is a stylish and decadent cocktail bar and restaurant spread over three floors. With spaces to suit every occasion, The London Fields boasts a lively main bar, a grand banquet hall, and an elegant first-floor cocktail lounge complete with a private roof terrace - ideal for hosting unforgettable private parties, and the ultimate destination for a night out in Hackney.

The Role: 

As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager across every facet of the venue’s performance. You’ll be empowered to run the site as if it were your own business, with commercial acumen and fearless leadership. Lead, train, and inspire a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Create a buzz of vibrant energy, warmth, and fun for guests and staff alike. You’ll also have the chance to train, develop, and progress your career as the company grows.
