The London Fields is a classic East-End pub on Mare Street, the Victorian building is a stylish and decadent cocktail bar and restaurant spread over three floors. With spaces to suit every occasion, The London Fields boasts a lively main bar, a grand banquet hall, and an elegant first-floor cocktail lounge complete with a private roof terrace - ideal for hosting unforgettable private parties.

The London Fields is the ultimate destination for a night out in Hackney.

The Role

• As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. 
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding. 
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

What we looking for:

• "Wear your heart on your sleave", take ownership, be bold and run the business as if it's your own
• Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get sh*t done
• Must have minimum 1 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at
• Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable
• Superb customer & floor service skills
• An entrepreneurial flare
• Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
