Now we’re looking for a brilliant CRM Manager to help us elevate the way we connect with our guests — before, during and long after their visit.
The Role
We’re strengthening our CRM capability and looking for a London-based CRM Manager to take the lead — from enhancing our tech stack and optimising performance to shaping standout lifecycle campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact function that drives loyalty, engagement and long-term brand love.
What You’ll Do
●
Own the end-to-end CRM strategy across all guest
touchpoints
●
Develop and implement a full-funnel lifecycle marketing
programme
●
Design and continuously refine automated journeys –
from welcome flows to win-back campaigns
●
Collaborate with our marketing, digital, operations and
venue teams to deliver personalised, high-impact campaigns
●
Lead segmentation efforts to ensure the right messages
hit the right people at the right time
●
Track performance, report on key KPIs, and constantly
test, learn and optimise
About You
●
You’ve got solid experience in CRM or lifecycle
marketing, ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand
●
You’re confident leading projects across segmentation,
automation, testing and performance analysis
●
You’re just as comfortable crafting strategy as you are
digging into data
●
You’ve worked with modern CRM tools (think Stampede,
Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Airship, Bloomreach... or similar)
●
You’re proactive, organised and creative, with a real
passion for improving customer experience
●
You’re London-based or able to spend regular time with
the team at our venues and HQ
Bonus Points For:
●
Experience in hospitality or multi-site brands
●
Loyalty programme experience
●
Creative or design flair
