This role includes a significant amount of food preparation and kitchen support, so we're particularly interested in candidates with previous kitchen, food service or back-of-house experience. While you'll still be part of our all-round hospitality team, confidence working in a busy kitchen environment will be a real advantage.

The Role

As a Team Member, no two shifts are the same. You'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences by:

• Delivering an exceptional guest journey from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
• Preparing and serving food to Lane7's quality and presentation standards.
• Supporting the kitchen with food preparation, organisation and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
• Welcoming guests, checking them in and helping them make the most of their visit.
• Preparing drinks and serving food and beverages.
• Keeping the venue clean, safe and looking its very best.
• Creating a fun, immersive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Representing the Lane7 brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and personality.
