We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our pub’s story.

• Experience as a shift leader or Assistant Manager in a busy pub or restaurant

• Someone with people energy – you love hosting, leading, and lifting the mood

• A proactive mindset – you see opportunities to grow the business, not just maintain it

• Willingness to get stuck into marketing, team training, and creative projects

• A genuine passion for good food, drinks, and service that feels authentic, not scripted
