POSITION: Assistant General Manager
COMPENSATION: Up to $75K, DOE + Benefits & PTO
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
*Must have 3-5 years proven track record of upper restaurant management that is solid and progressive
*Be at the top of their game in class, personality and enthusiasm with an incredible work ethic
*Must have strong wine and cocktail knowledge
* Must possess excellent communication, administrative & leadership skills. Strong guest and staff relations.
*Able to handle the day to day operations seamlessly.
*Able to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve a common goal
*Proficient with MS office, word, excel & outlook.
*Proficient with Micros POS.
*Comfortable with selecting, hiring, training, and developing hourly team members
