The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for:
• Local outreach and driving sales, creating relationships and maintaining relationships for future business
• Corresponding with potential customers providing any requested information concerning bids, proposals, confirmation of bookings, thank you letters, follow-up letters and client tracking
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all sales functions and transactions
• Overseeing important catering functions
• Taking extra steps to focus on details and guest service

Requirements:
• An amazing sense of hospitality!
• A love of great food!
• 3+ years of Catering Sales Management experience in restaurants or independent catering companies
• Proven success with achieving sales goals
• Must be very detail-oriented & can prioritize tasks
• Quick to think on the fly and can swiftly come up with solutions to unexpected issues
• Able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
• Needs to proactively follow up with leads/open ended items
• Can easily adapt to the dynamic needs of a multi-faceted business

$50k + 3% commission
