We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. As a valued member of the maintenance team, you will support the smooth operation of the hotel by assisting in the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for all guests.

The Duties of Our Maintenance Assistant Include:

• Supporting the maintenance team in performing regular checks and routine maintenance across the property.

• Assisting with minor repairs, equipment servicing, and responding to maintenance requests promptly.

• Helping to maintain a safe and efficient environment in line with health and safety standards.

• Cooperating with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure operational excellence.

• Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues to the Maintenance Manager.

• Keeping accurate logs of maintenance tasks and completed repairs.

Our Maintenance Assistant Will Have the Following Attributes:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities support role is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems is beneficial.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
