Join Our Team as a Maintenance Assistant
We're on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to support our exceptional team at Lincoln Plaza London, a standout property in the Curio Collection by Hilton. What you'll be doing:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll be playing a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional and inviting for all guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with routine inspections and scheduled maintenance tasks across the property.
- Responding quickly to maintenance issues and repair requests, keeping downtime to a minimum.
- Supporting the team with minor repairs and equipment servicing.
- Collaborating with Housekeeping and Front of House Teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Reporting issues and equipment faults to the Maintenance Manager.
- Keeping detailed records of tasks, checks and repairs.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is hands-on, dependable and keen to learn. Ideally you'll have:
- Some previous experience in a maintenance or facilities support role.
- A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and general building systems.
- A proactive mindset, great communication skills and a positive attitude.
