Central Amusement International (Luna Park In Coney Island) is
looking to add a Food
and Beverage Assistant Operations Manager to our
team. The role will be to manage all areas of operation, act as a
brand representative by reinforcing the company goals, visions and mission
statement while ensuring CAI standards of quality and service are being
maintained. The candidate who fills this role will be responsible for providing
leadership to staff, managing inventory, maintaining operational standards and
administrative duties.

LOCATION: Luna Park in Coney Island, 1000 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORK HOURS: During the operating season, the employee is expected to work as necessary, including weekends and holidays, performing all responsibilities for Luna Park in Coney Island. Operating season hours will be held up to 55 hours as much as possible by the Company unless high-priority projects must be completed.
