The Sushi helper is responsible for the making the rice, prep work for the sushi station, and making Maki Rolls for dinner.

The Ideal Candidate Will be:
-Detail oriented
-Motivation
-With ATLEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH END JAPANESE SUSHI RESTAURANT
-Willing to learn, adapt, and dedicated
-Moves with purpose and a sense of urgency
-Punctual (On Time)
-Team work
- Good communication skills
-Must be Authorized to work in the United States
Founded in 1993 by John McDonald, MSH currently owns and operates Lure Fishbar (New York City and South Beach), Bowery Meat Company, El Toro Blanco, Burger&Barrel Winepub, The Rum Line (South Beach), The Gordon Bar, Above60 and Sessanta at Sixty Soho.

Partners include Chef Josh Capon, Steven Eckler, Jay Oliveros and Josh Pickard.Lure Fishbar is part of the Mercer Street Hospitality Group’s collection of boutique restaurants.
