Lure Fishbar seeks and outstanding Bartender and Mixologist
Qualifications:
-A minimum of one year experience working as a lead bartender / mixologist / bar manager in an upscale bar/lounge, or fine dining restaurant, with an intensive craft cocktail program.
-Extensive knowledge of cocktails, mixology, wine and spirits, and a passion to learn more.
-An unparalleled commitment to hospitality and customer service.
-Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
-Proven ability to motivate and manage staff.
-Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.
-Excellent time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask.
-A NYC DOH Food Handler's Certificate.
-Experience with Micros is a plus.
Duties:
-Bartend alongside bar-staff
-Oversee bar operations, including, but not limited to: Curation of spirits, ordering, inventory, cost control, cocktail creation, ensuring the quality and consistency of all beverages, regular staff training, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
-Work closely with management team.
-Train, schedule, and motivate bar staff.
