-Managing production & execution of menu items from start to finish
- Working any station
-Manage all kitchen employees
-Constant mentoring of all kitchen employees including training & coaching.
-Assisting with scheduling, food & menu costing, monthly inventory, labor controls
-Expediting. Sous Chef will serve as the expeditor for the kitchen, being responsible for arranging tickets and ordering food preparation so that customers receive the correct food in a timely manner
-Quality Control. Ensuring that when food leaves the kitchen is the highest quality. Conducts Line Checks and oversees the line check process for all shifts to ensure quality levels
