We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to our guests. At the same time, our Junior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef, lead the team during service and oversee a number of sections. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. The ideal candidates will have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards, passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a pro-active and motivated attitude to their work, attention to detail and an excellent command of English. You will be a true leader who works well under pressure and understands the running of a fine dining kitchen.
