Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing efforts across one or more restaurant concepts. This role is designed for someone eager to learn the next phase in all aspects of restaurant marketing—from social media and promotions to in-store execution and guest engagement. Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required. The position requires strong organization, creativity, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

This role works closely with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with each brand’s voice.  The ideal candidate would be a self starting, enthusiastic collaborator.  A candidate who brings high-energy, optimism and an eagerness to improve themselves and the company daily. 

Key Responsibilities: Campaigns, Promotions & In-Store Marketing

  • Assist in the execution of promotions, limited-time offers, seasonal menus, and events

  • Coordinate in-store marketing initiatives with restaurant operations

  • Ensure promotions are accurately communicated across all guest touchpoints

Social Media & Content Support

  • Assist with scheduling and posting content across social media platforms

  • Participate in the capture and organize photo and video content at restaurant locations

  • Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and guest feedback and escalate as needed on social media platforms

Email, Digital & Online Presence

  • Support email marketing campaigns including copy drafting, scheduling, and list updates

  • Maintain accuracy of menus, hours, and brand information on websites and relevant platforms

  • Assist with brand to guest communication on digital communication medias

Creative & Vendor Coordination

  • Help manage creative assets and brand materials across multiple concepts

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, printers, and vendors for marketing needs

  • Ensure brand standards are followed consistently across all locations

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track basic performance metrics including social engagement, email results, and campaign outcomes

  • Compile periodic and at request reports with metrics insights, and observations

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars, digital asset libraries, and organized project files

  • Support restaurant managers and operations teams with marketing requests

  • Assist with additional marketing and brand projects as needed
