WANTED: A General Manager Who Runs the Room Like It's Theirs
This Isn't Just a Job. It's Your Restaurant to Run.
We're not looking for someone to punch a clock and babysit a schedule. We're looking for a leader — professional, dependable, enthusiastic, and obsessed with getting the details right. Someone who thrives under pressure, knows a restaurant floor like the back of their hand, and is excited to join a team that refuses to cut corners.
As General Manager, you're accountable for the store's performance, full stop. That means team leadership, financial management, guest satisfaction, and everything in between — all driven by your commitment to excellent service and high-quality dining.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.

- Deliver superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints and turn problems into wins
- Enforce and uphold the highest quality of products, always
- Organize and supervise shifts so the operation runs like clockwork
- Appraise personnel's performance and give feedback that keeps the team upbeat and productive
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and keep inventory tight
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and cut waste without cutting corners
- Promote and publicize the brand like it's your own
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Track operations and take corrective action before small issues become big ones
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 21 years of age with a High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience, leading a team of 20 or more
- A track record of frequent guest interaction and coaching employees into bigger roles
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Sharp financial management skills
- Availability for flexible hours — weekends, evenings, and holidays included
- Experience with Windows, MS Office, Toast, Open Table, Harri and inventory control systems (a plus)
- Precision and consistency in following recipes, processes, and systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize like a pro multitasker
- A love (or at least a tolerance) for fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Comfort taking direction and delegating tasks in equal measure
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse teams — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Physical readiness to lift/carry at least 30 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
