Baristas:

We are seeking resourceful, creative, engaging, and self-motivated individuals to lead the re-branding of our cafe, and ensure that our elevated standards for hospitality and brand representation are being met. Impeccable customer service is a must, as is your attention to detail and positive attitude. The cafe is located in a public space in a large building, offering the opportunity to create and sustain regular customer relationships in a comfortable environment. Organization, cleanliness, energy, and determination to brighten someone's day are must-have qualities in our ideal candidate. The right individual will have the ability to multi-task and be a part of a dedicated team and share SMILES! Most of all, we want you to be yourself and HAVE FUN!

The cafe operates 7:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday, with opportunities for part-time or full time, and advancement for goal-oriented workers. Our company offers additional employment opportunity for private events.

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, juices, smoothies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean service and seating areas.
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Describe menu items to customers and suggest/upsell products that might appeal to them.
- Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products.
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend and preparation descriptions.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, pastries, bagels, sandwiches, wraps, fruit and yogurt parfaits.
