Description

We’re looking for a committed and experienced overnight Senior Chef de Partie to take charge of our Staff Food operations. This role involves preparing wholesome, high-quality meals during the night shift, ready to be served to our team the following day. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about crafting meals that energize and support our hardworking daytime staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals overnight to be served the following day
  • Ensure all meals are completed and properly stored or staged for the following day 
  • Minimize food waste while maximizing taste and nutritional value
  • Coordinate with the day kitchen team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent food quality
  • Cater to dietary restrictions/allergens when applicable
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to the day team

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a line cook, prep cook, or chef (overnight experience preferred)
  •  Culinary school training or equivalent hands-on kitchen experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable preparing meals for storage and reheating
  • Familiarity with common dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
