ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet each guest promptly, courteously, and graciously with a smile
- Deliver exceptional service consistently and anticipate guests’ needs
- Have experience in a Kiosk/Concession environment
- Maintains inventories by replenishing beverages supply, fridge, and ensuring equipment is operating correctly
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service consistently
- Take orders from guests, serve beverages
- Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working climate
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS- Must have a strong sense of urgency.
- Must be conscious of physical presentation, meticulous to detail, and clean work habits
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience required with extensive food, beverage, and coffee/espresso knowledge.
- Possess the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor and be able to maintain order under pressure
- Embody a warm and engaging personality with poise and elegance
- Be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Be self-disciplined, show initiative, and demonstrate high degree of drive and determination
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player
- Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work breakfast, late nights, weekends, holidays)
