POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, energetic, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and determined to provide guests with an excellent dining experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow while working in a friendly, relaxed, and want a job they can love in a stunning waterfront location that will make them love coming to work every day.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet each guest promptly, courteously, and graciously with a smile
  • Deliver exceptional service consistently and anticipate guests’ needs
  • Have experience in a Kiosk/Concession environment
  • Maintains inventories by replenishing beverages supply, fridge, and ensuring  equipment is operating correctly
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service consistently
  • Take orders from guests, serve beverages 
  • Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working climate
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be conscious of physical presentation, meticulous to detail, and clean work habits
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience required with extensive food, beverage, and coffee/espresso knowledge.
  • Possess the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor and be able to maintain order under pressure
  • Embody a warm and engaging personality with poise and elegance
  • Be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
  • Be self-disciplined, show initiative, and demonstrate high degree of drive and determination
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player
  • Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work breakfast, late nights, weekends, holidays)
