We’re looking for a passionate Dining Hall General Manager to join our team! We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Dining Hall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of dining hall operations, including food service, staff management, customer satisfaction, and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize digital POS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling platforms to streamline operations.
• Implement and maintain automated ordering systems and self-service kiosks.
• Analyze sales and operational data using analytics software to optimize menu offerings and improve service efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics with the use of digital procurement tools.
• Train and mentor staff on technology platforms, ensuring proper usage and troubleshooting as needed.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote dining services, such as mobile ordering apps, loyalty programs, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations using digital tracking tools.
• Continuously research and integrate new technology solutions to improve the overall dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food service or dining facility management.
• Strong proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and digital scheduling tools.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and process automation in a food service setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and support staff in using technology effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service operations.
• Possession of a valid Health Department Certification.
• A passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences through innovation and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile ordering applications and self-service technologies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and customer engagement tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software.
