We are looking for Prep Cooks to join our team.  Our kitchen is the engine that drives our operations and our Prep Cooks are the key to that engine.   They are responsible for executing our daily food prep lists and our kitchen opening checklist.  If you enjoy working independently and looking for a position with a steady morning routine and an early afternoon finish, this a perfect fit for you!

• Great Pay – our pay rates start at $15 per hour PLUS an extra $2-$3 per hour in tips! 

• $400 Signing Bonus – receive $200 after your first 30 days (based on at least 100 total hours worked) and an additional $200 after 60 days (based on at least 200 total hours worked).  (Only available for first time hires.)

• Work Anniversary Bonus!  Paid each year on your anniversary - you will receive an extra week’s pay calculated by multiplying your average weekly hours for the year by your current pay rate.

Job Requirements

• Early morning availability (7 am)
• Weekend availability
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to speak, see, hear, and read
• Ability to multi-task (perform multiple functions at the same time)
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed
• Develop thorough knowledge of our menu and recipes (taught during training)
• Execute recipes and standard operating procedures for our daily food prep (taught during training)
• Execute opening checklists (taught during training)
