We are looking for a General Manager to manage our Hoboken, NJ location.  Our General Managers are the leaders of our restaurants and responsible for the overall operation of the business.  At Mamoun’s, you’ll join a team that’s committed to driving performance and achieving excellence.

Job Requirements

• Positive and friendly attitude
• Prior restaurant experience (2-3 years of management experience)
• Passion for leadership and team development
• Responsible for operations and ensuring that we are exceeding guest expectations
• Responsible for recruiting, training, cross-training, and developing team members
• Responsible for ensuring the execution of all standard operating procedures
• Responsible for achieving financial targets
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed
