Description
We are looking for a fabulous recent graduate with a passion for hospitality and a desire to kickstart your career in the vibrant world of Food & Beverage as a Graduate Management Trainee to join our team at The Alfriston, South Downs in East Sussex.
Our newly refurbished Hotel has 38 beautifully redesigned bedrooms and suites, a stunning function room, The 1554 Brasserie, offering views over the front lawn towards the sea and revamped herb and vegetable plots across the hotel gardens. Our bar offers more casual dining for guests both in and outdoors, while the Orangery serves breakfast and afternoon tea with views over the rear gardens and the Signet spa includes a steam room, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and three treatment rooms.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll embark on a 12-month journey that will immerse you in every aspect of our Food & Beverage operations. Here's what you can expect:
- Rotational Experience: Gain hands-on experience across our diverse range of restaurants, bars, and events. From fine dining to casual outlets, you'll have the chance to work in different settings, each offering unique challenges and learning opportunities.
- Career Development: We are committed to your success. Throughout the program, you'll have regular performance reviews and feedback sessions in partnership with your line manager and our Group Learning & Development Manager to ensure you're on the right track. By the end of the 12 months, you'll have a deep understanding of hotel operations and may even be ready for a more senior role in our Collection.

What we're looking for:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality, Events, Business, or a related field, accompanied by Right to Work in the UK.
- A full UK driving license, due to our remote location.
- A passion for Food & Beverage and a desire to build a career in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work in across various shifts and departments.
