We are looking for an Operations Manager in overseeing the performances and the operations of the stores.

· Minimum of 5 years of management experience working in the Food industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment Bakery.
· Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
· Willing to travel between two location in Manhattan and Great Neck.
· Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
· Proven ability to drive outstanding customer service and maintain the operation of the stores.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge of POS system, sales, cash handling.
· Proven ability to handle the maintenance with our service providers
· Work closely with the Store Managers on monthly inventory report. (Basic administrative knowledge is needed)
