Now we’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to support the reins, elevate the experience, and shape the future of this landmark site. 

As our new Duty Manager, you will receive:

• A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per year

Your mission

• Own the guest journey. Make every visit memorable, from the escalator ride to the last orders.
• Lead & inspire. Coach a diverse team of managers, bartenders, and floor staff to peak performance.
• Partner with traders. Collaborate with eight best-in-class kitchens to keep menus fresh and standards sky-high.
• Curate the vibe. Work with our events and marketing teams to programme live music, takeovers, and community initiatives.
