Preferred Qualifications
*Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality service
*Court of Master Sommeliers’ Certification or higher preferred
*Advanced knowledge of Italian wines and regions
*Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and POS system(s)

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee and assist the entire front of the house team with all aspects of service
*Recommending and navigating an extensive wine list with over 150 Greek selections
*Assisting with monthly inventory
*Assisting with daily ordering, restocking, and organizing wine cellar
*Promoting and executing monthly wine dinners and educational events for the public
Physical Requirements
*Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
*Ability to lift over 50lbs occasionally
