We are seeking a talented Server - Somm to join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Lounge Manager, the Server - Somm will be responsible for leading wine and beverage service in our elegant cocktail bar and lounge dining room spaces.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven success as a Sommelier, Server - Somm or equivalent position within fine dining, Michelin-star establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Strong knowledge of wine and wine service, spirits and cocktails as well as culinary concepts and terminology.
• Polished personal presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items in our Zodiac Lounge to assist members with any dietary concerns or issues, including any dietary preferences and/or food allergies.
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• TIPS certification required.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, per the needs of the business.
