Job description
After 14 successful years in South Florida we are bringing our expertise to New York. We have opened a steakhouse in the NoMad neighborhood and are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone desiring a challenging, dynamic, yet stable work environment.

Requirements for this position include:

At least 2 years NYC fine dining experience as a Manager (or at least 5 years in high­end hospitality management)

A passion for customer satisfaction, hospitality, and food and drink

Extensive wine knowledge

Strong knowledge of state and federal employment, tax, safety, and health regulations (must have NYC DOH Food Handler's Certification)

Exceptional leadership, managerial, and delegation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A verifiable track record of achievements with other restaurants

Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, etc.)

Knowledge of Aloha and OpenTable

Outstanding organizational skills and instincts for superb food service
