Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimising operational efficiency through Stock & Labour? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Stock & Labour Deployment Manager on a permanent basis.


In this mobile role, reporting directly to the Head of Stock & Labour, you will play a pivotal part in empowering our Operational leadership teams across all brands to confidently manage both stock and labour.


You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance the usage of stock management tools, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of data models to guide the team in modelling key financial and HR changes. Additionally, you will continuously review and refine labour models in partnership with operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

What will I be doing?

  • Building relationships with all Operation Directors to ensure they have confidence in their brand set up and models.
  • Give recommendations to the senior operations team to how they can improve their labour efficiency using Teamplan.
  • Rationalise requests from Operational Directors for key changes to the labour and stock operating models, making formal recommendations whilst considering the impact on the P&L.
  • Implement updates and changes to the Auto Schedule configuration limiting impact to labour costs or schedule accuracy.
  • Review Auto Schedule enhancements, making recommendations leading to more effective scheduling.
  • Use feedback on stock performance to create to improve menu availability metrics.
  • Enhance working relationships with the internal line managers to ensure all relevant teams are upskilled and kept updated on current issues, functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships and on-going dialogue between internal business functions and external customers, focusing on service improvement and delivery.
  • Assess current performance versus system capability identifying any gaps
  • To support the team to make continuous improvements across both the stock & labour system.
