What will I be doing…?

• Checking current work permits relating to all legal working documentation within M&B to ensure it is legal and current as per guidelines from the Home Office
• Updating and maintaining PeopleNet (SAP HR System) in line with Departmental and Company Service Level agreements regarding work permits
• Processing all new Work Permit applications and Tracking and chasing of work permits and RTW documentation
• Playing an active part in a busy centralised Shared Services support team and supporting the Onboarding Team where necessary
• Making recommendations on process improvements, to enhance the calibre of Mitchells & Butlers' Right To work (RTW) record-keeping

What do I need…?

Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll need...
• Strong Communication skills with Interpersonal and team-work skills
• Highly organised with excellent IT and keyboard skills and an eye for detail
• Working knowledge of PeopleNet
• ‘A’ Level standard of education including English & Maths with a good knowledge of Excel/Word
• Knowledge of legal working
