Description

Are you passionate about people development and experienced in facilitating training? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Partner to join our Learning Delivery team on a 12-month FTC. In this mobile role (which will include a high element of working from home), you will build capability to deliver exceptional guest experiences by facilitating online and face to face training for Mitchells & Butlers Development Programmes, brand specific programmes and service training for businesses reopening following an investment.

What will I be doing?

  • Facilitating inductions and development workshops virtually and face to face
  • Supporting our capital investment plan through training, supporting and coaching for teams whose business is re-opening following a investment
  • Facilitating brand training such as cocktail training, head bar tender training
  • Facilitating workshops to support company strategy initiatives
  • Updating skills courses in Mable (our Learning Management System) to maintain relevance
  • Continuously broadening and developing your facilitation skills through feedback and learning new content / delivery methods


What do I need?

Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have / be:

  • Experienced in facilitating training virtually using Zoom/Teams or similar
  • Passionate about people development and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Learning mindset and resilience
  • Coaching skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Able to organise and prioritise
  • Flexible and able to work a Saturday (with a day off in lieu) and an evening until 8.30pm (you choose which one) approximately every 4 weeks. Also some remodels have weekend / evening training
  • A Curriculum Vitae that brings to life your facilitation experience and achievements.

In this role you will build capability to deliver exceptional guest experiences by facilitating online and face to face training for Mitchells & Butlers Learning Journeys, brand specific programes and service training for businesses reopening following a remodel.

  • Facilitating retail team induction and development workshops virtually and face to face. Courses such as M&B and Me, Recruitment Skills or Accreted Management Development workshops for AM’s and KM’s. (AMD).
  • Supporting our capital investment plan through training, supporting and coaching for teams whose business is re-opening following a remodel.
  • Facilitating brand training such as cocktail training, head bar tender training.
  • Facilitating workshops to support company strategy initiatives – most recently Creating a guest obsessed culture.
  • Updating skills courses in Mable (our Learning Management System) to maintain relevance.
  • Continuously broadening and developing your facilitation skills through feedback and learning new content / delivery methods


What do I need?

Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have / be:

  • A Curriculum Vitae that brings to life your training and facilitation experience and achievements.
  • Internal applicants will have an expert knowledge of M&B retail learning programmes and Mable
  • Experienced in facilitating training outside of your direct team
  • Passionate about people development and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Learning mindset and resilience
  • Coaching skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Able to organise and prioritise
  • Flexible and able to work a Saturday (with a day off in lieu) and an evening until 8.30pm (you choose which one) approximately every 4 weeks. Also some remodels have weekend / evening training
