In this role you will drive a data-led approach to talent consolidated at an organisational level, including the implementation of talent planning processes and governance to ensure greater efficiency and better organisational talent outcomes. The key focus areas will include movement of talent, progression and retention. You will also provide practical support to geographical clusters of RBMS/GMs to anticipate succession gaps and formulate plans to ensure a smooth succession pipeline.
In the role of Talent Partner you will report into our Head of Talent Management covering the Midlands area across the organisation, to support RBMs/GMs in clusters across our divisions. As such you will operate in a mobile role, and this may require you to have a flexible approach to travel.
