Our People Services team provide best in class support for all HR processes with services including hire to retire, payroll, expenses, Management Information, Helpdesk, Business Support and HR & Payroll Systems.
The role of Team Leader for our Right to work and Onboarding teams will lead a team of Advisors to provide support and advice to all managers and employees – Retail Management, Corporate and hourly paid employees based in c1600 Sites around the UK.
This exciting and varied role provides day to day leadership, development, and coaching to support Advisors to deliver a great service to our colleagues.
Reporting into our Head of Operations and Support and based in our thriving office in Birmingham City Centre, this is an Office Flexible position. Playing a key role in our People Services team, this role will give the opportunity to grow your experience and career in HR/Payroll and beyond.
