Reward & Benefits Analyst
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our Compensation & Benefits team. Reporting into the Head of Reward you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Compensation & Benefits and Head of Reward through the provision of reward-based employee data and analysis. You’ll provide robust and auditable data systems to support the corporate bonus process. You will support and run the data and systems design for annual pay reviews across our head office, retail staff and retail management teams.

The Opportunity – Reward & Benefits Analyst:

Through detailed and accurate data analysis, you will support the Compensation & Benefits team in the following activities:
Bonus:
Work with the Head of Reward to calculate and ensure accuracy of Company bonus scheme payments:
Annual Salary Reviews:
Support the Head of Reward in delivering annual salary reviews across hourly and salary roles on a cyclical basis:
