We have a great opportunity within our Marketing Innovation team for a Marketing Manager, reporting directly into our Head of Marketing Innovation. You’ll need a natural and genuine passion for our market and a flair for landing new strategies, products and innovations to improve marketing performance. This 12-month fixed term contract/secondment requires you to have a proven track record of strategic development and you’ll bring strong social media expertise, as well as project management and analytical skills, to the role.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of new marketing innovations, products and initiatives across our brands to optimise marketing performance. You will be well versed in social media and where there is a business need, you may be required to work across a number of brands supporting their social media strategy so a natural interest and love for the channel is a must!

What will I be doing?

  • Playing a critical role working with the Head of Marketing Innovation in the initiation, definition and validation of new products and initiatives to optimise marketing performance
  • Managing the end-to-end new strategy or product launch process, with successful internal engagement and delivery of the core internal processes, from concept brief through to post launch reviews
  • Developing and implementing efficient and impactful marketing and social media strategies, alongside campaigns and tactics that support key business goals

 

What do I need?

Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have or be...  

  • High level of retail marketing experience across the full marketing mix including social media
  • Deep understanding of consumer segmentation, profiling, analysis, and channel development
  • Analytical and creative
  • Have very strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm
  • A Marketing degree and/or CIM accreditation, highly desirable
