You will need sufficient knowledge of generative AI, data, APIs and integrations to challenge assumptions, understand technical trade-offs and make informed product decisions.  The Product Manager will actively contribute to the technical discovery and capability decisions working closely with the Architect

This is a hybrid role, with travel required to our head offices, brand sites and partner locations as needed.

You’ll be rewarded with:

  • 33% discount across all M&B brands.
  • 20% Friends & Family discount for up to five people.
  • Option to buy up to two additional weeks of holiday.
  • Matched pension contributions (up to 1.5x your contribution).
  • Private healthcare and dental plan.
  • Cycle to Work and wellbeing schemes.
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working and flexible approach.

What you will be doing in this Product Manager AI role:

  • Identify and prioritise the highest-value supplier, guest and colleague use cases using measurable outcomes, feasibility, risk and strategic alignment.
  • Define business outcomes, value measures, capability requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify the knowledge, data, APIs, systems, tools and workflows required, including their ownership and criticality; work with Architecture and Data teams to assess constraints, dependencies and quality gaps.
  • Define business governance, ownership, decision rights and risk appetite, agreeing privacy, access, permissions, monitoring and control requirements with relevant specialists.
  • Lead the product, commercial and operating-model assessment of build, buy and partner options, including MCP, RAG and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Define and validate proof-of-concept hypotheses and success criteria for priority use cases.
  • Own the product roadmap and business case, and jointly develop the phased implementation roadmap with Architecture and Engineering.

What you will have delivered:

  • Enterprise AI Enablement product vision, principles and product strategy.
  • Prioritised supplier, guest and colleague use-case portfolio.
  • Defined business outcomes, value measures, capability requirements and acceptance criteria for priority use cases.
  • Business requirements catalogue covering the knowledge, data, APIs, systems, tools and workflows required, including ownership, criticality, dependencies and quality gaps.
  • Business governance, ownership, decision-rights and acceptable-use model, with agreed privacy, access, permissions, monitoring and control requirements.
  • Product, commercial and operating-model assessment of build, buy and partner options, contributing to a joint recommendation with the Architect.
  • Defined proof-of-concept hypotheses and success criteria, supported by validated business outcomes and user evidence.
  • Overall product roadmap and jointly developed phased implementation roadmap, combining business priorities and benefits with technical dependencies, costs and resourcing evidence.
  • Benefits and measurement model, including AI performance, adoption and commercial outcomes.
  • Evidence-based business case supporting investment and prioritisation decisions.

What skills you will bring to the Product Manager AI role:

  • Experience managing enterprise platform, data, integration or AI-enabled products is essential.
  • Strong product discovery, use-case prioritisation, stakeholder management, commercial evaluation, roadmap development and business-case skills are required.
  • Candidates should have a good working understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants and agent-based systems, sufficient to work effectively with architects and engineers and understand the implications of technical decisions.
  • Experience with MCP, RAG or enterprise AI platforms would be highly desirable.
