Are you a Building Surveyor with proven experience in Building and Facilities? If so, we have a great opportunity for you. (This role is known internally as Area Building Manager) Joining a well-established internal team of building professionals, you will be aligned to a geographic portfolio of our pubs and restaurants, undertaking the responsibility for the delivery of all building surveying and maintenance, operational standards projects, and statutory inspection services focusing on regulation, cost management, data management and delivery. Our much-loved pubs and restaurants stretch across the UK and the geographical patch aligned to this opportunity covers Essex and some of East Anglia. You will need to reside within the areas mentioned and have a driving license, as it’s vital for you to be mobile and flexible, in order to reach your sites on both a regular and re-active basis.
