We are actively recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join us on a permanent/fixed term contract basis, who will be responsible for supporting the Mitchells & Butlers property strategy and investment plan, covering a geographical base covering the Midlands and South East area, with nationwide travel as and when the role requires. You will be recruited to deliver projects across our Pubs Division specifically.
As a Construction Project Manager, known internally as a Building Development Manager, you will be a subject matter expert, managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects of individual M&B premises with individual annual projects ranging in value from £100K to £1mil. Whilst predominantly Midlands and North based, this role is fully mobile with nationwide travel, therefore full flexibility regarding travel is a pre-requisite.
Working within an established team of Construction Project Management professionals with nationwide coverage, you will be reporting into a Head of Building Development. Our pubs, restaurants and bars are nationwide, so a flexible approach to travel is required.
