Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a DART Workflow Scheduler to join our property team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Maintenance Admin Manager, you'll be the backbone of our DART Engineers, ensuring they have everything they need to keep our venues running smoothly. From managing internal invoices and sourcing materials to approving orders and coordinating job allocations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations. You'll also monitor productivity and craft reports that drive efficiency across the team. This is your chance to make a real impact at Mitchells & Butlers!


This role will involve a mixture of office and home working, with our head office being based in Birmingham City Centre.

What you’ll do in this DART Workflow Scheduler role…

  • Monitor engineer workload and ensure works are undertaken in the correct priority order to ensure the highest degree of productivity and cost saving.
  • Ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner to maintain accurate period reporting.
  • Typing up and submitting estimates for ABM approval
  • Reviewing reactive P2 call out sites and reassigning to DART where possible.
  • Provide training to GM’s, RBM’s to promote and develop the use of DART and assist in mobilisation
  • Log and process van fines and repairs for engineers
  • Order all engineers uniforms and van stock as required 

Cost Control

  • Use CAFM system to audit and manage DART maintenance works checking correct hours on site, number of engineers, geo location activation. Ensure works are correctly coded and the correct VAT rate applied. Provide documented/photographic evidence of
  • Audit Completed Repairs using CAFM data to ensure adherence to the contract and company process.


What you’ll need to bring to this DART Workflow Scheduler role…

  • Special Skills - High degree of maturity, excellent communication and inter-personal skills, high degree of self-motivation, ability to work on own initiative, decision-making ability and ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Experience - At least 5 years working experience in a similar role within building, leisure retail industry or Graduate with relevant qualification
